There's also a lot of cool bands coming to the Congress Theater, but they are playing at Congress Theater which has the worst sound in the city! I've been to concerts everywhere in the city, dingy basements, bars, auditoriums and arenas, and no where has the sound ever been as bad as congress. It is disappointing having to think "Oh maybe I won't go see MOTORHEAD (if i could be anyone else I'd be Godzilla or Motorhead) because they are playing at the Congress." Fuck. It's a badass bill too, Motorhead, Clutch, and Valiant Thorr. If Chuck Berry had been performing anywhere else on Jan 1 I would have gone, but he played at the Congress and now he might die or something! GAH! Okay my hangover didn't help but that's besides the point.
