Sandwiches I Have Eaten 1

A few weeks ago I went out with some friends, insert montage of drinking at a bar set to this song. Despite drowning my brain in booze I was up way early on sunday. After lying on my bed for a while staring at the ceiling I decided to go get breakfast, but I didn't want to leave the house. It was really early. So I decided to make myself a sandwich for breakfast and this is the sandwich I made:

First I cooked the chorizo. While that was going on I sliced up some onion and a tomato. Once the chorizo was done I fried the onion in the leftover drippings. Then I poured the whole thing on to the bread that had queso on it, then the tomato went in, then some real american cheese on top of that, followed by the bread. Then I proceeded to cook the whole thing on the leftover goo of chorizo and onion, until the cheeses became nice and gooey. The only problem I ran into was flipping the thing over. I should have cut it in half. I took a picture of it because I was kinda surprised I had manage to pull the operation off without any calamity. It was delicious. Perfect thing for the sorta hungover. It would be way better for lunch though, since it would go great served with krunchers and maybe an rc or a pacifico. The appeal would also increase if it was served on a plate instead of a paper towel.
